Moving to the Website
As many players have noticed, Support Tickets, Suggestions, and Applications have moved from Discord to the Website. We've been building out a dedicated support portal where players can submit tickets and expect speedy responses. The website also allows players to keep better records of their past tickets. Players can expect frequent updates over the coming days as we make rapid improvements to the portal.
Other Changes
Thanks to everyone who has been sending in bug reports and suggestions - they go a long way in helping us keep the server in good shape. Below is a rundown of everything that's been added, fixed, changed, or removed since the last post:
- Fixed a bug where players were not being teleported out of a /dungeon when objective time ran out.
- Fixed impossible parkour jumps in the Medieval era of the Time Warp /dungeon.
- Fixed a bug where the travel bonus received between towers in Time Warp /dungeon was incorrectly being reduced by the Heroic Dungeon -33% Objective Time debuff.
- Players who receive the No Ender Pearls debuff in Time Warp /dungeon will now receive an additional 30 seconds for each tower objective.
- Changed the /f claim command from
/f claim <faction> <radius>→ /f claim <radius>, removing the requirement to specify your faction name.
